The way you used the words made me smile--wonderful usage
Hello Pia, the high price of cigarettes was the only thing that encouraged my oldest son to stop smoking...thank goodness!
Nice haiku!!!
very nicely done... i think you and tiel called each other!!!!lol
I never know how smokers can afford them! I'm thankful it's not a vice of mine, for many reasons.
Nicely done! I liked the reference to gamblers, as well. There's more than one way toward things one can't afford!
Thank you, Jo.Paisley...O M G I did not even read Tiel's poem...swear God...that is scary...are we in each other's head? We are definitely on the same wavelength.TC, I used to have that vice and I am so glad it is no longer with me...I couldn't afford it.Tumblewords...so true, thanks.
This says it all - the pleasure, the shame.
loved it!
Indeed. It seems cigarettes take priority over even food for some.
oh man. i got a kick outta this one. too cool for school. nice work.
thanks, Cat as always.
You and Tiel were on the same wavelength this week and still I can say you captured the true essence of why most people won't start smoking. Keep up the good work.
Thank you, Michelle, I wish no one would ever start smoking.
